Top 5 Best Games on Xbox One at E3 2015

Best Xbox One games e3 2015
Rare announced Sea of Thieves at E3
The Microsoft E3 2015 conference introduced us to some new games and trailers over the weekend. Below is a rundown of my favourite ones.

Halo 5: Guardians

The next installment of the Master Chief saga showcased a multiplayer mode called Warzone. 24 players in battle, with the inclusion of enemy and friendly AI. The campaign mode features both Master Chief and Spartan Locke as playable characters across 3 new worlds. Halo 5 is currently available for pre-order. Check out the trailer below to see some action from the campaign mode.

Sea of Thieves

Exclusive to Xbox One and Microsoft Windows 10, Sea of Thieves is an ambitious project developed by Rare. The first-person pirate sim is reminiscent of most of Rares releases, with it looking very stylish and cartoony. There hasn't been a release date set for the game, so it could be a while before we get to have our timbers shivered. Check out the trailer below.

Gears 4

Developers The Coalition (formally known as Black Tusk Studios), announced that a remastered edition of the original Gears of War would be coming to Xbox One (beta available now). They also revealed a sneak peak into Gears 4 which is scheduled for release holiday, 2016. Whether or not the title will remain as Gears 4 remains to be seen, but judging from the trailer we can expect some exciting things are in store next year.

ReCore

ReCore is exclusive to Xbox One and is the brainchild of Mega Man creator, Keiji Inafune. The action-adventure sees you play one of the last remaining humans, who forges friendships with robots to explore a strange, dynamic world. Expected to be released in Spring 2016, not much else is known about the game at present, but it is certainly looking very interesting. The trailer features a women character exploring a landscape with a mechanical companion. It looks as though your companion can change what mechanical shell it is using if it has been damaged. See below.

Fable Legends

Back to Albion... Free-to-play, and available on both Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows 10, the latest installment of the Fable series is looking as beautiful as ever. The fantasy open-world adventure will once again allow you to decide whether to be a hero, or villain, depending on your preferences. Have AI partners, or team up with friends online to rule or protect the fairytale land.
