3 Important announcements from Ubisoft at E3 |
In addition to The Division, South Park, and For Honor, Ubisoft announced a host of titles at E3. Below we run through our three favourites from the bunch.
Rainbow Six Siege
From September 24, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The full game will be available on October 13, and Xbox One owners will have Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2 included for free! Fans of the Rainbow Six series will also be pleased to hear that Terrorist Hunt mode has returned to multiplayer. The latest trailer showed us that the shooter has had a bit of a graphical polish as seen in the video below.
Ghost Recon: Wildlands
As if The Division and Rainbow Six Siege wasn't enough, Ghost Recon: Wildlands is another Tom Clancy shooter announced at E3 courtesy of Ubisoft Paris. Not much information was given away about this one, other than the trailer showing a bit of long range sniping, stealth infiltration, and giving chase to some drug cartels. The prospect of competing in an open-world Tom Clancy universe where you can decide how to approach each objective certainly looks to have everybody's attention. See the trailer below for more on Ghost Recon: Wildlands.
Anno 2205
The futuristic city builder will be with us November 7, 2015, on PC, with a beta expected later this year. The space race game is the follow up to Anno 2070. As the Earth's resources become more scarce, and climate change has ravaged our home, the next logical step is to settle again amongst the stars, or the Moon to be precise. Anno 2205 sees you build cities, source your own resources, expand cities, increase population's, and trade with other colonies to keep your people happy and well. Click on the trailer below for a sneak peek at what's in store in Anno 2205.
